These two.
I met Lauren almost three years ago (I think that’s accurate). In that time we’ve developed a great friendship full of girls’ nights, craft-time, coffee work/study dates, and many, many lunches at Mazatlan. She’s the kind of friend that you don’t have to spend all of your time with to remain close to. We’ve enjoyed many serious, deep conversations and she’s been my source of help when I’ve been too stubborn to go to the doctor (which is likely way too often). 🙂 She’s beautiful, driven, and fun.
And then there’s Andy.
Andy’s been hanging around about a year and a half-ish. He’s a serious frisbee player, lover of board games, and unfortunate Tennessee Volunteer fan. We rarely take each other seriously, make ridiculous bets about things that are still a year away, and are about to dominate Summer League! He’s great. Works hard, walks in wisdom, and deeply cares for Lauren.
Whether I’m hanging out with them together or individually, their love for each other is always evident. I’m so thankful for their friendship and so, so excited to be a part of their big day. I had an absolute blast shooting their engagement photos. Take a look:
