I spent most of my weekend in Hendersonville with Indian Lake Elementary. Friday night was a parents’ event at the Bluegrass Country Club. Along with the photo booth, there was a silent auction, a live auction, and a few “games” guests could play to win prizes.
Then, on Saturday, the Pow Wow Festival kicked in to full gear with a 4-hour event for the children.
Judging from their smiling faces in the hundreds of photos taken in the photo booth, I’d guess they had a pretty good time!
The festival offered a variety of events that ranged from dance parties to sports tosses. Each event cost a certain number of tickets so each event raised money for the school. I know festivals like these happen across Middle Tennessee and the photo booth is a great fit. Young children all the way up to grandparents love getting to pick out goofy props and cause a scene (in a good way) in the photo booth.
